Rudy von Runkel is a gorgeous 2 year old fluffy German Shepherd mix. Yet another shining star that can be met at Westside, he checks all the possible boxes for desirability. Always happy and excited to start his walk, he does great on leash, maintaining a heel position with a nice, medium energy. Rudy is convinced that quality of life means making more and more friends of both the 2- and 4-legged variety… As such, he enjoys meeting people and dogs walking by and fits like a charm in a doggie group walk. Being endowed with such a sweet and gentle personality, he also does amazingly well during his bath, loves being brushed and enjoys car rides. A boy who loves to please and looks up to you for guidance, he is practicing his “Sit” command and takes treats gently. Rudy is a superstar in playgroups too: he goes in comfortably, with a wagging tail, and enjoys just hanging out. He might not play, but he maintains his social, friendly boy demeanor, tolerant towards the playful dogs. He prefers hanging next to his people, asking to be petted all over. Needless to say, this enchanting boy is the stuff of storybooks, who stands ready to bring joy and delight to your home and heart for years to come.
